Role Metrics: Area Coordinator
| Rank | Starting Salary | Attendance | New Visit Target | Product Add Target | Daily Old Visits | Premium Re-Seller | Monthly Point Target | Incentive Rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Area Coordinator | ₹10,000.00 | 0.1 Point | 1.00 Point (2 Visits) | 1.00 Point (10 Products) | 1.00 Point (10 Visits) | 2.00 Point (1 Product List = 2.00 Pt) | 20.00 Points | 0.10% (Reseller Sales) |
Important Rule: Target Rollover System
Achieving the daily target is mandatory. If your points fall short on any given day, the remaining workload target will carry over to the following day. Example: If today's target is 20 points but you only complete 12 points' worth of work, tomorrow's target becomes 20 + 8 = 28 points.

Marketing Daily Target Carry Forward
Daily targets in marketing are mandatory. Example: If today's target is 100 points and you achieve 80 points, the remaining 20 points carry over — making the next day's requirement 100 + 20 = 120 points.
